Our service plan start with a site visit from Mulkern Mechanical, Inc. representative to inspect equipment.
Your building or facility representative will explain what type of plan is desired. Some facilities prefer to do their own filters and belt replacements and want Mulkern Mechanical, Inc. technicians to do their boiler and chiller start ups.
We at Mulkern Mechanical, Inc. will work with your facility department to develop any type of service plans that you desire.
We are here to to help your facility department and will work in partnership to help you save money.
Maintenance plans are planned quarterly inspections done to prevent large equipment breakdowns. During these visits Mulkern Mechanical, Inc. technicians change filters and belts, chemically clean coils, check all electrical components as well as check all pumps and motors.
These quarterly visits help the equipment to run better and last longer and help to identify any small problems before they become larger and more expensive.
We understand that in these economic times facility departments don’t have the funds in their budgets to replace vital equipment and instead must get more productive years out of their equipment than they ever anticipated.
Mulkern Mechanical, Inc. can help solve these problems with on site maintenance and emergency repairs using factory parts or in cases where the equipment is so antiquated, we can have parts made to our specifications to get that piece of equipment back up and running.
We have access to all types of pumps and motors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because we know that system failure doesn’t just happen Monday to Friday 7:00 – 3:00!
Call us for a site visit and let us help organize your equipment catalog so in the case of an emergency shutdown all your equipment repairs can be completed quickly and put back on line.
